concept behind PMR's store audits is to satisfy a market need
to provide actionable and reliable on-premise data, store
and product specific.
The
objective, is to monitor the levels of net distribution and
plan-o-gram deviations at store level, one the major causes
for sales decline, share of shelf and pricing for both manufacturers
and retailers.

the product incidence on shelf, count total

Every store is visited once a month
by our full time in-house auditors using laptops computers
with our audit software designed to handle large quantities
of data and to guide and direct auditors through the information
gathering process.
Each outlet is visited by well trained auditors that gathers,
sort, analyzes, and evaluates needed, timely and accurate
information to management. Audit exemption reports
are delivered immediately to store managers after the
audit.
